About Brian
Brian Loroway, P.Eng., PMP, CSM
Principal
Brian brings a unique and holistic approach to business improvement projects with a focus on employee engagement. With a background in manufacturing and digital systems implementations coupled with extensive leadership development training, Brian fosters a collaborative environment in which team members are valued and empowered to be leaders.
Brian graduated with honours from Queen's University's Mechanical Engineering program and began his career in the automotive industry working hands-on with manufacturing operations systems and complex supply chains. This led to a transition into Consulting with Deloitte Canada's Technology Practice where he focused on business process development and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations.
Brian is a licensed Professional Engineer (2005), certified Project Management Professional (2010) and Certified ScrumMaster (2017).
